How we handle your documents

Right now, this page only collects an email address for the early-access list. The four sample applicants in the “Run a sample audit” demo are fictional and bundled with the code; there is nowhere on this page to upload a real document, and we never ask for one here.

When audits open

When you send us a real document bundle (passport bio page, bank statements, proof of address) for a paid audit, it is used for that audit only. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it to train anything, and it is transmitted encrypted (standard HTTPS) the same as the rest of this site.

Retention

Documents are kept only for as long as your audit is open and are deleted once your case is closed. If you want a document removed sooner, or want to know exactly what we hold for you, email us and we will handle it directly.
